Without doubt one of the best (and most expensive) places I’ve ever visited is The Making of Harry Potter Tour at Warner Bros Studios.

The Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour

I’ve posted about one of my visits before and can utterly recommend it. My other half, who hasn’t read the books or seen all of the films, absolutely loved it. He wants us to go back for a third time!

Harry Potter Notebook

I treated myself to this notebook on my second visit and I mean treat as it came with a hefty £14.95 price tag.  Be warned if you visit the tour, your bank balance is likely to take a pummelling in the gift shop.

The notebook is embossed with the Hogwarts crest on the front and the official Tour logo on the back so you know it’s legit. Inside, the pages are mottled brown.

They remind me of the pages of Riddle’s diary in Chamber of Secrets. The notebook falls into the one-I’m-never-going-to-use category, not just because it’s so nice, but because if I wrote in it, someone else might start writing back…
